A Brooklyn woman was freed without bail Monday for the second time in three days on a charge of assaulting a stranger on the street.

Tiffany Harris, 30, was arrested Sunday on charges she attacked a 35-year-old woman in Prospect Heights for no apparent reason.

That arrest came two days after Harris was accused of a hate crime assault against three Jewish women outside Chabad Lubavitch headquarters in Crown Heights.

Judge Rao noted that Harris had failed to appear in court in previous cases.

Rao issued orders of protection for Harris’ most recent alleged victims.

“OK, no problem,” Harris said before she signed the orders. She wore sweatpants and a pair of Uggs at the hearing.
